For more than 12 years, Dawn Christiansen has been the friendly and reliable point of contact for Christiansen Heating & Sheet Metal. As Secretary and Office Manager, she keeps operations running smoothly by scheduling service calls, setting up maintenance contracts, and registering warranties on new equipment. Her work ensures that every customer receives attentive service and that no detail is overlooked.

Outside the office, Dawn is a proud Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers fan. She enjoys spending time with family, her German Shorthaired Pointer pups, and her “grandcat” Ivy. She also treasures vacations in northern Wisconsin and is an active member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Kenosha.
