What made you choose Christiansen?
Christiansen has been with us from the beginning. Back when we were in our old location with a rooftop unit that should have retired years ago, they kept it running—no matter the weather. When it was time for a new system, there wasn’t even a question. Their service has always been outstanding.
How did the process go?
We were fortunate to receive a CDBG grant from the City of Kenosha, and Christiansen stepped right in. From the first step to the final bolt, they handled everything—even when the process hit some bumps. Between vacation schedules, a heat wave, and unexpected electrical issues, it could’ve been chaos. But Christiansen communicated every step of the way and kept things moving forward.

The whole thing came down to timing. The grant timeline, scheduling around vacations, and even weather extremes made it a challenge. But Christiansen handled every twist with professionalism. We always knew what was going on and felt completely taken care of.
How has the solution improved your comfort or business?
It’s a huge relief not having to wonder if we’ll have heat or AC on any given day. For a nonprofit that serves vulnerable populations, consistent comfort isn’t a luxury—it’s essential. Thanks to Christiansen, we’re now fully equipped to welcome clients in any season.
